The House of Goshen offers inpatient hospice care that surpasses conventional hospice services by delivering continuous medical care and assistance in a cozy and homey environment. Our team of highly qualified professionals is well-prepared to manage intricate medical requirements, providing specialist treatment that encompasses pain management, symptom control, and mental well-being. Family members can feel assured that their loved ones receive diligent care in a calm and serene setting.

Hospice Care

Our Hospice Care program intends to provide thorough and compassionate care to people with life-threatening illnesses. We promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life, providing services centered on symptom management and emotional support and ensuring that the individual and their loved ones are supported along this journey. Our skilled team of healthcare experts is committed to providing a quiet and supportive atmosphere where people can live their final days with grace and dignity.

RESPITE CARE

Caring for a loved one can be difficult, and we recognize that caregivers also require assistance. Our Respite Care program provides primary caregivers with short-term assistance to relax and tend to their personal needs. Families get to relax and revitalize themselves while their members receive the same superior level of care in a supportive setting throughout the respite period.

FAQ

Everything You Wanted to Know About Hospice

We provide care in the patient's home, our inpatient facility, nursing homes or assisted living facilities.

Who provides care during respite?

Our own trained hospice nurses and aides will provide care at our inpatient center or the patient's home.

How long can someone stay on the inpatient unit?

While hospice care is typically provided to patients with a prognosis of six months or less, inpatient hospice treatment tends to have a shorter duration. Inpatient hospice care is generally a temporary measure. Our inpatient hospice level care is designed for patients that are experiencing uncontrolled symptoms that cannot be treated at home.
